MAST STORAGE LAUNCHES THE ADVANCED REPLACEMENT SERVICE

Mast DLT and LTO backup solutions will have 3 years Advanced Replacement warranty from 1st. May.

Mast Storage has implemented this service in order to speed up change operations and, so, to improve warranties service.

The general strategy of Mast Storage is based on three mainstays: availability, cost and service. The company, specialist in professional backup market, collaborates with important Spanish PC’s and servers integrators, who could have at their disposal another unit immediately, if they have any technical problem.

In addition to this, Mast Storage has a wide distribution channel. Mast offers a complete format for this channel, SuperMast format, which includes device, cable, active terminator, ARCServe backup software and 5 data cartridges (DAT technology also includes 1 cleaning cartridge).

The company has launched this warranty service for all DLT and LTO formats and it is planning to expand it to other technologies.
